Cannot find executable for CFBundle

Having a look at logs trying to get this work, I can see:

Cannot find executable for CFBundle 0x22f4d10 </Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Unused> (not loaded)
```

Is this a clue? 

On MaxOSX using the provided installer
