When dropping all views, we drop also the audit triggers.
The default template should call the audit trigger activation script after the init process.

With something like?

psql service=${PGSERVICE} -v ON_ERROR_STOP=1 -f ${QWAT_DATA_MODEL}/system/audit_tables.sql
psql service=${PGSERVICE} -v ON_ERROR_STOP=1 -f ${QWAT_DATA_MODEL}/system/audit_views.sql
