I have:

  • searched the issue tracker for similar issues
  • installed the latest version of Quarto CLI
  • formatted my issue following the Bug Reports guide

Bug description

The repo-link-target option does not work for the button in the sidebar, below the book title, that links to the book's GitHub repository. It only works for repo-action actions, placed below the page's table of contents.
