vscode editor - problem folding math envs and outline (::: {#thm-} ## title}

Description

I have an issue with Quarto in VS Code whith folding and outlines.
Math envs have the syntax:

::: {#def-system}
This is a definition
:::

However, to give the enviroment a title you are suppose to use the same syntax as sections:

::: {#def-system}
## Example title
This is a definition
:::

This compiles well but messes up completly the editor. The folding and outline are wrong and impossible to navigate on big files.

I could not find any solution. Any ideas?
