not able to open the apache on a web page

Followed todays class, the lamp installation for Ubuntu and installed apache and allowed the ports 80&443, but still not able to access my apache with my public ip. 

I got the same error while I tried running standalone Jenkins on an Ubuntu machine.

the error is "cant reach this page"

Please help me!
