[Feature Request] View Only mode

This project is awesome, very very easy to use! I love the way it is presented when the terminal window changes sizes.

The one request I would make is that you build a view-only mode. That way I can create a link to share in a presentation, but not allow the viewers to type anything on their side.

Technically we could add an option for termishare to disable inputs from viewers.

But currently termishare only supports mesh topology, so if you want to present it for multiple viewers then the number of viewers = the number of connections. Which I think is not great for the host.

It's best to use SFU for this use case.

I'll see if we could add supports for that, but in the meantime, I think it's best to use tstream.
