Hi,

I have successfully made the braker2.sif file from your def file but from the current setup it is not able to write in the Augustus/config. The directory is writable for everyone but still its is not able to write inside of it. Can you tell me how it can be fixed?

Hi Suleman,

As I said in README, you can set up ~/Augustus/config/ outside of container (for each user, ask them to create a directory called ~/Augustus/, then copy the whole config directory to there, so that the directory would be owned and writable for each user): https://github.com/qiyubio/BRAKER_singularity/blob/master/README.md
