Consider making docs for pywavefront 1.x

Considering 1.x will probably be around for a long time we should probably publish some docs.

• API Reference
• Programming Guide

The programming guide should at least cover questions asked in issues here on github and possibly on discord. Completing an api reference is also a good way to clean up all the docstrings in the project. We can keep it simple using google style docstrings and publish to readthedocs.

Also look into the possibility of adding type hints when possible.
