Include the youtube learning resources from pypsa-earth YT channel into the documentation.

@GbotemiB I will most likely also record some videos about the pypsa framework, the functionality behind pypsa-earth, a little how to about the config and something about model.energy for my students in the next weeks - if thats helpfull for the documentation as well :)
