[Feature Request] use combined bar chart instead of talk pie chart #46

Description

By combining bar chart of accepted and proposal talks, it will be more clear than pie chart to compare the accept rate. We may still keep the pie chart to show the diversity.

Possible Solution

Refactoring plotter.py::plot_talk_categories
