Support Composite Electrodes & Hysteresis in ElectrodeSOH #5227

Description
I would like to see some support for both hysteresis electrodes and two-phase electrodes in the ElectrodeSOH Solver.
Motivation
It would be great to have a method to determine the initial stoichiometries from voltages for these types of electrode systems.
Possible Implementation
The implementation may be large, I am not sure exactly all that would be entailed to implement it. Just wanted to open up an issue before starting to poke around.
