Expiring test certificates #140

@calumapplepie

Description

@calumapplepie

Describe the Bug

Certificates used in the tests expire in the year 2026; see this debian bug report . This is an issue because long-term distributions shipping in the near future will continue to be supported beyond that date.

Expected Behavior

Test certificates should not expire at any point in the next several decades.

Additionally, it seems that some of the certificates (eg, in ca/ ) expired some time ago. This raises the question of if those certificates are even used in tests, and if they are, if those tests should be failing.

I'm willing to go through and regenerate all the certificates, but I figured it'd be easier for someone with more knowledge of the system.
