Shop This item is disabled on this server or invalid item

Hello, I'm using web v1.2.4.9, however, it has a problem with the shop.

Even the item registered and released for purchase gives an error message when purchasing

invalid item
This item is disabled on this server

I tried to fix it by looking at the code but without success.
