I have ingested 4 MP4 videos to figgy in individual ephemera folders. These 4 videos view fine for @tpendragon in chrome. they do not view/play/move at all in firefox (and timer stays at 0:00/0:00 for all videos) or Safari. All viewers should be able to work for these videos and the external stakeholders leading this grant-funded project.
@hackartisan tested other videos she located via figgy faceting and they play fine in firefox.
These also don't go into the "file type > video" facet for some reason

Please include hard deadlines, if the exhibit is part of an event, the issue is stopping work, etc.
