The resource finder should map identifiers

  • MT834088
  • MT834088.1
  • MT834088.2
    etc to the last permanent identifier. Currently only this one works:

http://covid19.genenetwork.org/resource/MT834088.1

Even though these 'permanent' identifiers are transferred to Arvados identifiers, I believe we should
support this type of dereferencing to find the Arv id.
