possibility to edit settings of internal topics and others

2 questions:

• is it possible to interact with internal topics in the same way as with any other topic ?? i need for example to increase the replication factor of the __consumer_offset topic and dont know how to achieve this
• is it possible to reset the offset of a consumer group having a lot of topics in a bulk fashion (basically reset all offset to a specific timestamp if that exists on that topic)?
