Describe the bug

all the accounts I added disappeared after I sent a token to your address. I notice also when I increase the threshold into 2 or more.

Expected behavior

I expected that its done since the transaction are successful but it wasn't as I expected when I do sending tokens and increasing threshold.

Current Behavior

Nothing, but happy to hell you found this kind of bug and reported into yours.

Steps to reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

1. step 1 : I was adding a new wallet and its successfully added and the transaction is not failed.
2. step 2 : I added more threshold, what I do is simply increasing the threshold.
3. you get it... : and I found that after successful transaction and it refresh the added account is disappeared.

• Used wallet extension : Polkadot extension
• Transactions IDs : the transaction is not showed on the history but it pop up that the transaction is successful

Thank you for reporting, this is not due to a User Interface Bug per se, but to our Blockchain Indexing service that has been failing lately.

We have set up a strategy to be on the lookout for when this happens again to fix it as quickly as possible.

You should now be able to see your previously created accounts. I will leave the ticket open for a while to follow up on your case.
