SetupVibe Desktop fails at [9/14] Network, Monitoring & Tailscale on Ubuntu Questing ARM64 VM

Hi Luiz,

I ran SetupVibe Desktop inside a VM (UTM/QEMU) using Ubuntu Questing ARM64.

All steps completed successfully except step [9/14] "Network, Monitoring & Tailscale".

The error happens during apt-get update, caused by an invalid PHP PPA:

https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/ondrej/php/ubuntu questing

Error:
404 Not Found
The repository does not have a Release file.

This breaks the installation of step [9], even though it is not directly related to PHP.

Environment:

• macOS (host)
• UTM / QEMU VM
• Ubuntu Questing ARM64

Executei o SetupVibe Desktop em uma VM (UTM/QEMU) com Ubuntu Questing ARM64.

Todos os passos funcionaram corretamente, exceto o [9/14] "Network, Monitoring & Tailscale".

O erro ocorre durante o apt-get update, devido a um repositório PPA inválido do PHP:

https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/ondrej/php/ubuntu questing

Erro:
404 Not Found
Repositório sem arquivo Release

Isso faz o passo [9] falhar, mesmo não sendo diretamente relacionado ao PHP.

Additional update:

After re-running the setup command, the previous error still persists (step [9/14] Network, Monitoring & Tailscale).

In addition, a new error appeared during the installation process, related to npm packages:

9 packages are looking for funding
run npm fund for details

Installing @gsd-build/cli...
⚠ Failed to install @gsd-build/cli

Installing @openai/codex...

Also, step [1] "Base System & Build Tools" is now failing, which was not happening before (see attached screenshot).

This suggests that rerunning the script may be causing additional instability or partial state issues.

Ao executar novamente o comando de setup, o erro anterior continua ocorrendo (passo [9/14] Network, Monitoring & Tailscale).

Além disso, surgiu um novo erro durante o processo, relacionado à instalação de pacotes npm:

⚠ Failed to install @gsd-build/cli

Installing @openai/codex...

Também observei que o passo [1] "Base System & Build Tools" passou a falhar, o que não acontecia anteriormente (conforme print anexado).

Isso sugere que a reexecução do script pode estar gerando inconsistências ou estados parciais no ambiente.
