File transfer with other users

Building on the messaging protocol established in #11, messages of different types should be able to be sent and received, and receivers should be presented the information in the appropriate manner
For exmaple, user A should be able to send an image to user B, and user B should be able to see that it is an image, and (if possible) open it on their device
