This is minor, I ran into this when messing with a Gentoo ebuild and enabling/disabling different stuff. I do not have any audio in ogg so was leaving that out and ran into this.
checking that generated files are newer than configure... done
configure: error: conditional "HAVE_VORBIS" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.
