Problems with matrix webclient

If I try to download an image or other file someone sends me, via DM on https://element.privacytools.io, it doesn't work. It says:

"To protect your security, element.privacytools.io will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window."

If i click the continue button, it brings me here: https://element.privacytools.io/usercontent/

But that page is a white screen with nothing else on it.
