Install to Firefox doesn't work

Clicking Install on https://search.privacytools.io/about doesn't do anything in Firefox when it should add it as a search engine.

By the way, are you familiar with Mycroft Project and should Privacytools.io search be sent there? They have many other Searx instances listed and I think they would be easy to duplicate and edit.
