Add logging to debug parser breaking

In order to figure out #2, it would be really really useful if we could log exactly what was being [passed to `pasrseToElastic()` here](https://github.com/prior-art-archive/query-parser/blob/155c48d57885fcc876e4c1bd89e6306696bcc057/src/main/java/edu/mit/kfg/priorart/parser/ParserHandler.java#L10), and then get with Cisco to compare what _their_ endpoint passes into _their_ `pasrseToElastic()`.
