Shortcodes and/or blocks to list cookies

Some users would like to have a dedicated page for their Cookie Policy.

Pressidium Cookie Consent could include built-in shortcodes for classic themes and blocks for block themes to display tables listing cookies by category, etc.

I looked to issues, and I think, that this shortcode issue will resolve: #66 as on that page with shortcode can be button to edit cookie acceptance.
