Release 1.32.05

This is the first release of Pozi Connect as a compiled Windows installer (msi).

The installer bundles together the Pozi Connect application, Pozi Connect client configuration, and GDAL library.

Here is some history of the application from the last year and a bit.

Mar 2015

• fix bug to properly display updated layers in QGIS
• upgrade GDAL library to release-1600-gdal-1-11-1-mapserver-6-4-1 (from 1-10-1)
• improve comments on M1s to clarify which propnums and crefnos being replaced do not exist in council
• improve readability of documentation with viewdocs-yeti template
• add parcel area to Vicmap audit

Feb 2015

• massively improve performance of council parcel audit for councils who don't maintain crefno (from 14 minutes down to 16 seconds)
• improve commenting to show if propnum being removed from parcel exists in council records, and also if property being matchecd is a proposed one
• clean up PIQA output by excluding non-primary address records
