Adding pypowsybl-jupyter demos (#34)

* Add pypowsybl-jupyter demo with custom profile based on delta_p
* Add pypowsybl-jupyter demo with timeseries branch values
* Add pypowsybl-jupyter demo with custom profile based on voltage
* Add pypowsybl-jupyter demo with custom profile based on limit violations
* Add mybinder links to new notebook
* adds pip install statements, needed when notebooks are opened in Binder through direct links
