Redundant update command

Update seems to do the exact same thing as edit command, only it is more restrictive, not allowing for a name change.

There seems to be little reason to have an entire separate command for this purpose, since the prefixes already help the user to safeguard against accidentally changing a wrong field.

This may serve to further confuse the user or bloat the user guide. However, this doesn't affect normal operation much, so I think it would be of a lower priority.
