Docs: Example Workflow in Gitlab-Pipeline

Hi there,

actually we are trying to create a Gitlab-Pipeline for creating Talos-Clusters. VMs are created/deleted via. Terraform on vSphere.
We scratching our heads about:

• Up and Downscaling Talos-Nodes
• Upgrading Talos, Applying Configs before or after Upgrading
• Upgrading Kubernetes

Can you maybe share your Pipeline-Stages/Jobs, etc. please?

We would really appreciate! :-)
