Need To Handle If User Submits Duplicate Entry

If the user submits a form for a new user or new account that already exists, things get bad.

I have got this working for new user accounts.

I am having an issue with Python/SQLite3 in regards to verifying if an account already exists for a user. I am consistently getting a server error that I am unable to capture.

The closest that I got was that for some reason it is saying that usernamePW table does not exist, even though I have verified that it does exist.
