I've just caught similar exception, but it contains more verbose stacktrace.

UPD 1
The issue could be related to disk space.
Initially I used 40GB.
After setup on a server with 80GB the problem seems to disappear (there were 2 exceptions, but after that system works as expected).

UPD 2
80GB didn't work out. The same issue appeared after some time.

I'm using the following hardware:
VCPU: 3
RAM: 4 GB
DISK LOCAL: 80 GB

UPD 3
The issue has been resolved as soon as node synchronized.
During investigation I found out that the issue may be related to one of the following:

• your node is still synchronizing
• your server out of space

Running a single node and nothing else on 200gb vps with 8gb ram and 4cores (25% load) cpu.
