Pop!_Shop should not work in the background, when device is running on the battery #428

Sometimes when I use my laptop I see a strange spike in CPU usage.

It appears, that pop shop is running in the background using up to 10% of my CPU power.
This degrades my time on battery.

Pop!_Shop should not run any jobs in the background, when the device is running on the battery.
