Release notes window "Close" button out of view prevented quitting of Pop Shop

I clicked on the info icon next to an Audacity update (flatpak) today. As usual a window opened with release notes, but the "Close" button was out of view. I tried to quit Pop Shop by various means -- Super Q, right click on icon in Dock, but none of that worked. I finally got it closed by hitting "Tab" key and "Enter", hoping it would bring the "Close" button into focus even though I could not see it. It worked.

The only work around I found was alt F2 and the xkill command to force close the pop shop.
