Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, and Ctrl+V don't work in launcher input when Caps Lock is enabled

When Caps Lock is turned on, the standard keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, and Ctrl+V) do not work in the launcher input.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Caps Lock.
2. Open the launcher.
3. Type some text into the input.
4. Try using Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, or Ctrl+V.

Expected Behavior

The shortcuts should work regardless of whether Caps Lock is enabled.

Actual Behavior

The shortcuts do not work while Caps Lock is on.
