High Cpu And GPU Usage at greeter screem

Specs:
Intel i7 14650HX
Nvidia RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
Raptor Lake-S UHD Graphics
16 ram
144hz 1080p display with 100hz external monitor

Issue:
Cosmic-greeter spikes up cpu and gpu usage flaring the temps and roaring the fans.

PS:
I hv frost effect enabled if that is a considering variable too.
