`~/.config/environment.d/*.conf` not loaded by cosmic-greeter

Hi,

The files present in ~/.config/environment.d/*.conf are not loaded by cosmic-greeter.

GDM load them fine.

Reproduced on Archlinux, maybe this is specific to Arch? But suspect it isn't.

I've no idea, all I know it that my env isn't set, and if I use GDM instead then it is.
Maybe the job should be done by cosmic-session, I don't know what the standard says.

I suspect it is the job of cosmic-greeter, because if you start cosmic-session from the terminal, you're supposed to go with the env you already have. So it is maybe more the one that starts the session that should load the env.
