Password field unfocused if no windows are open

After sleep mode, password field on lockscreen is unfocused. This field should be always forced focused, as there are no other input fields

I've also noticed some issues with this behaviour on my machine and I'll try to provide additional context.

After the screens power off after idle, to wake the system back up I usually spam the spacebar. Sometimes, I find that when the screen is powered on again after spamming a key, the password field includes some characters, but once the screens are back I can't immediately backspace or type my password. Other times no characters show, I just have to mouse-click the password field anyway.

This is not really a consistent behaviour, doesn't happen every time.

Not sure if relevant but I've got 2 monitors, one plugged-in via HDMI the other via DisplayPort, both to my GPU.

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
• GPU: discrete RX 9070 + Ryzen 9800X3D iGPU

Around the wake, cosmic-greeter logs keys arriving with no focused surface, could be a red herring.

Each display wake is immediately preceded by cosmic-comp messages about the output mode, again not sure if these are relevant.

I figured out why this wasn't happening consistently for us during testing. If any windows are open, then the field gets focus automatically. But if you lock or suspend/resume with no windows open, it lacks focus.

Happening on Pop!_OS with commit 953478f.
