No rig instances available

Hi,

I just purchased both the DNA and Control Rig addon, and I'm trying to get the control rig working on my MetaHuman. The import of the DNA file works and I see the rig instance in the DNA addon.

But in the Control Rig addon I just don't see it:

What could be the problem? I did click on Auto Rig and Assemble before exporting the DCC package in the MetaHuman Creator.

I'm getting the same thing using Character DNA Pro v0.8.7. and Character Control Rig v0.2.2

Same result in Blender 4.5, 5.0 and 5.1.2.

No console errors for me.

Just no control rigs available to convert.

Im suffering from this issue as well. Older metahumans are not allowing me to generate any rig controls.

Thanks for the report. I found the issue and pushed the fix in 0.2.3 of the Character Control Rig Addon. Click refresh on your extension repo to check for updates, then update to 0.2.3.
