Ive deleted my addons to download the newer versions, Now I can't download the control rig.

when I install the Control rig addon blender says a Main Computer remotely prevents the installation of the zip file, help?

Character DNA pro works fine btw.

Can you screenshot your console?

When I click install or refresh remote it says shows up the following

It alsyo says "<urlopen error [WinError 10054] An existing connection was forced to be canceled by the remote host>"

I didn't exactly know how the update system worked and thought I needed 2 seperate tokens for each addon, so I made to many "remove token add new token" etc.. I guess it caused some time out.

There are alot of error, originating from the BlenderKit addon. Can you disable that?

That should keep the console clear of other errors, cause I am not seeing one. Did you click install?

Also watch the blender footer, cause messages with appear in the status bar there too

[image: image.png] by footer do you mean this? My Pc is in turkish so the error is part turkish, but you can see the WinError 10054. So the translation is " [WinError 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" Yes I clicked install a lot of times, I've looked up online about this error and it says it might be related to the Host blocking my access :/ And to try If that is the case and not a single addon issue I deleted Character DNA addon to see If I can redownload it, and it gives the same error unfortunately. Doesn't happen with blender kit.(I did try to install PolyHammer addons after disabling blenderkit btw.) I think this is about me deleting my tokens and remaking new ones. Unless you opted in to shared your error data, then we can't see it.

There are 2 things I need you to do:

1. On your account, delete all your access tokens, create a new one and input a fresh one into your extension repo settings like shown here
2. Click the refresh button, then click install
3. Share screen shots of your Console when you click install so I can see the full error message, not just the error code.

Now the addons simply don't show and I also get the same message below my timeline

Ok thank you. This might be a latency or timeout issue. We need time to investigate further, so we emailed you your addon .zip files, so you should have the latest versions and be unblocked now.

We might ping this issue later for you to test our changes once we deploy some updates to our CDN that should make downloads more reliable in turkey.
