I've build a clean WeeWx with 5.1 & the latest \Belchertown, on a Debian 12 Virtual Machine.

The first time it generates files for Belchertown, I get this error:

**** Error writing forecast info to /var/www/html/weewx/belchertown/json/forecast.json. Reason: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/www/html/weewx/belchertown/json/forecast.json'

This is an annoyance rather than a bug, as it continues to create forecast.json.

I can't give you a link to my website as the virtual machine is hidden in my own network, but having thought removing forecast.json would reproduce it, it doesn't.

Removing and reinstalling the skin recreates the error.
