The return value of Get-PnpUser has changed.

I've been using Get-PnpUser to check external users on SharePoint sites, but since around April I've been unable to retrieve some fields.
Fields like WhenCreated and InvitedBy, which I was able to retrieve before, are no longer retrieving.
I was able to temporarily resolve this by using Get-PnPExternalUser to supplement the information, but does anyone know what the cause of this is?
