Toggle state of [Change the Look] > Navigation > Display Site Navigation

I'm looking for a way to toggle this setting off for 200 sites that i created, and will need to delete and create a dozen more times in testing.

If i were king for a day, Microsoft would not be allowed to create a GUI for doing something until there was a powershell way to do that same thing.
