DOC: update metamer tutorial

Update the beginning of the metamer tutorial to show conceptually what a metamer is. Use the video I have showing the pixels and model representations of the target image and metamer against each other, show the rperesentation getting closer together. Then talk people through the OnOff metamer and what it tells us about that model (like the Gaussian in the quickstart)
