Playlist reloads even if current and previous prerequisites match

When STED detects a change event (like pausing, GUI show/hide, 'situation' changes), and evaluation of prerequisites leads to selecting the same playlist that was already playing, it will reload the playlist and start a track from the beginning rather than continuing to play what it was already playing.

This is the core mechanic behind its crash-to-desktop rapid reload bug, which is its most critical flaw.
