Playlist reloads if Asteroid Day spawner creates new asteroid

In the Flight scene, if the mod "Asteroid Day" is installed, and a new asteroid is spawned, STED registers a change in situation even if the active vessel is not changing its velocity, altitude, situation, or other prerequisite.

Though caused by a mod, not base KSP, it still suggests weaknesses in how events and changes are processed.
