Tracks not re-shuffled when playlist loops

When a playlist is loaded, STED shuffles the tracks, but when the last in the new list finishes, the track list repeats in the same order (if playlist has "loop = True").

This is contrary to how music players typically operate and can make playlists for scenes a lot of time is spent in -- such as VAB/SPH and the Flight scene -- feel repetetive.
