"situation = DOCKED" not found in-game

After testing with a playlist whose "playWhen" criteria were "scene = Flight" and "situation = DOCKED" and watching the situation reporting in STED and the F12 console, no evidence has been found that playlists for a craft being docked can work. Since a docked vessel is treated as a part of the combined vessel, the situation of the combined vessel determines the "situation = ".

I suggest just removing this feature, even if it's present in the game data, as it just doesn't seem workable.
