Update End Support for OpendJDK 11 Date

As per Liberica roadmap @ https://bell-sw.com/pages/roadmap/ End of Commercial Support for JDK 11 is Mar 2027. However pivotal documentation @ https://docs.pivotal.io/pivotal-distribution-openjdk/index.html End of Support for OpenJDK 11 is July 9, 2024 which is contradicting. need to update doc align with community
