When to use async components?

I noticed in the example code that some of it is async and some of it isn't; what's the logic on what's async and the restrictions on using async for rscx?

short answer:

all the components in the end are async (you can omit the async keyword when writing the components function, but the macro will add it for you, maybe not the cleanest developer experience)

for the long answer:

this was needed since in the html!{} macro I have to use await at the call site and I had no information whether the components were async or not

an idea I had but never implemented was to add a suffix to function names such as you_fn_name__async so that I could discriminate at the call site, but I never needed for this
