New Best Practices For Trialogue Development re: Twee files? #49

Hello there! I am very new to literally all of this Github... Twee... Javascript... stuff, so please let me know if this isn't the appropriate avenue to bring this up.
Anyway, Twee2 is no longer compatible with the most modern Ruby, and many sources have pointed me to switching to Visual Studio Code with its Twee 3 Language tools. However, I'm a bit lost on what to do next- especially when it comes to Trialogue, as it isn't a more widespread format (YET), so I'm not sure what is and isn't applicable from guides for other formats. If you happen to have any advice or knowledge of resources to better educate myself on the Export-Import carousel of Twinery to VSCode, I would be very grateful!
