Describe the bug

doesn't work with chatgpt conversations, lets optimise the heuristics so it works with it

www.chatgpt.com/

To Reproduce

go to chatgpt and use it with vimium

Go to URL 'www.chatgpt.com/'
use vimium

Browser and Vimium version
nothing works on any browser

lets make it work

Vimium works perfectly fine on chatgpt.com
